an INCLUSIVE SOCIAL NETWORK
The Black community is shockingly underrepresented at top universities and within the business world. So, students from the London Business School decided to create an inclusive network that inspires engagement, unlocks opportunity and creates a path to success.
In the conversation
We didn’t want to be in anyone’s face but we did want to be in the front of everyone’s mind. So, we workshopped a strategy that defined a powerful new platform. We created a bold and distinctive visual identity. Our logo, typography and use of colour pack in just the right amount of attitude. And our language inserts us right into the conversation.
Work in progress
There’s a lot of work to do. But, by attracting new talent, empowering existing students and enabling alumni to become future ambassadors, LBS has created a circular community who will make change happen. Black In Business have set an ambition to become the no. 1 Black Community for business school students in Europe. Bigger than that, they’re showing the business world that black people shouldn’t just be included, they should be integral.
Tony and the creative team have shown a true eagerness, passion, and commitment to accurately capturing and enhancing the messages that we wanted to send. We are beyond pleased with the outcome and know that StormBrands was a crucial part of laying the foundation of who we are and how we present Black in Business to the world. The work they’ve played a role in developing aims to solve real problems in our society.
