The world might be focused on urbanisation, but a new, overlooked trend is set to shape the UK’s housing market.
There are 6116 locations in the UK classified as a village (must possess a place of worship and central meeting point) and although their are numerous real estate websites in the UK, that offer competitive prices, comparisons tools, mortgage calculator api’s, comprehensive research and a convenience. None centrally focus on the idea of home swaps, village swaps, powerful insights on the analysis of each village or indeed celebrate the particularly unique and idiosyncrasies of village life. Aimed at those looking to escape the stresses of the city and get more home for their hard earned and for those that are already living and loving village life.
Consequently…
A unique new property portal needs a unique name and one that possesses a naming convention than can flex and serve multiple touchpoints and language variants.
The site development and user experience is currently under development and hope to be launched in 2025.
